Internal Control "SNAPS": Speedy Notes About Procedures and Security
Originally initiated in May 2009, the University will relaunch in the Summer of 2024. A brief commentary on good internal control practices has been periodically placed in Buffalo State's Daily Bulletin under the headline "IC SNAPS." While new content will be issued regularly, and content published previously may be re-issued, a summary of IC SNAPS is included on this site.
General Introduction
The Daily will provide information about good internal control practices in the next few weeks under the headline “Internal Control SNAPS (Speedy Notes About Procedures and Security)." On behalf of the Internal Control Program at Buffalo State, I hope you will find this information useful and encourage your comments or questions (which may be turned into a future IC “SNAP”). Please look for these upcoming informational items and contact Brenda A. Ronan with any questions, comments, or topic suggestions.
